For participation in Erasmus exchange with hochschule 21 the future exchange students of all partner universities first have to be nominated by their Erasmus Coodinators. Then the students apply at International Office of hochschule 21 with their full set of documents by themselves.

Deadlines for Erasmus-Exchange with hochschule 21

Nomination Deadline for the Erasmus-Coordinator of the home university:

• 15 April (for the following winter term) 
• 15 November (for the following summer term)   
   

Application Deadline for exchange students:

• 15 June (for the following winter term) 
• 15 January (for the following summer term) 

Documents required for Erasmus-Studies

1.       Nomination of the exchange student for studies via formless mail by the Erasmus-Coordinator of 
          the home university (mentioning the student's e-mail-address)

2.       Erasmus+ Learning Agreement for Studies, issued by the home university

3.       Application for admission at hochschule 21 and supporting documents for
          a) Engineering courses
          b) Physiotherapy      

4.      Application for a room in the student dormitory "buxbau" (when required)
 

Documents for an Erasmus-Traineeship

With some of the Erasmus partner universities hochschule 21 has concluded agreements about Erasmus-Traineeships. 

For application for an Erasmus-Traineeship that is supervised and placed by hochschule 21, please mail the following documents to the International Office:

1.        Nomination of the exchange student for traineeships via formless mail by the Erasmus-Coordinator of the home university (mentioning the student's e-mail-address)

2.       Erasmus+ Learning Agreement for Traineeships issued by the home university

3.        Application for admission at hochschule 21 and supporting documents for
          a) Engineering courses
          b) Physiotherapy      

4.       Application for a room in the student dormitory "buxbau" (when required)
